A native Austinite and University of Texas graduate, Amy Corley has had a front-row seat to the remarkable growth and transformation of Austin and the surrounding Central Texas communities. A licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, Amy has been helping clients buy and sell real estate since 2010 and has successfully sold more than 300 homes and properties throughout Central Texas. Her extensive experience and deep knowledge of the Greater Austin and Highland Lakes markets allow her to provide seasoned guidance to buyers and sellers at every stage of a transaction.

Amy is based out of both Georgetown and Burnet, Texas, allowing her to serve clients throughout Central Texas, from the Greater Austin area and Williamson County to the Highland Lakes and surrounding Hill Country communities. Her deep Texas roots and years of hands-on real estate experience give her clients valuable insight into both established neighborhoods and rapidly growing markets.

Amy specializes in higher-end and luxury residential properties, providing the personalized service, discretion, attention to detail, and market expertise expected in the luxury real estate market. She also specializes in the Texas Highland Lakes, with a particular focus on Lake LBJ waterfront and luxury properties. Her knowledge of the lake-area market helps buyers and sellers navigate the unique considerations that come with waterfront real estate. Whether representing a luxury lakefront estate, second home, vacation property, or investment opportunity, Amy combines local knowledge with a practical understanding of what makes these properties and communities unique.

Her experience extends beyond traditional residential sales to investment properties, home renovations and flips, and short-term rentals. When she isn’t helping clients buy and sell Central Texas real estate, Amy enjoys boating on the Highland Lakes and spending time with her fur babies. I grew up in South Austin, loved my childhood and neighbors; Central Texas resident since 1974. Moved to Williamson County in 1997 residing in Georgetown, now Round Rock. I graduated from Texas State and spent 13 years at Motorola in the Semiconductor industry. Now, a licensed realtor in the State of Texas. Over my lifetime, I have owned several rental properties spanning from daily rentals to long-term rentals. I have owned and renovated several historic properties in Georgetown’s historic “old town” district among other total renovation home projects. I have assisted many clients and friends in purchasing and renovating their homes; it is a joy for me to say the least. All of these opportunities allowed for countless opportunities to fine-tune my negotiation, management and relationship-building savvy.
